Harley Street Estates' Flagship Project: £10 million worth Portfolio of Properties Purely on New-Build Housing Projects

Harley Street Estates UK Ltd, a subsidiary of Harley Street Group Plc launched its pioneer housing project together with its partner company, ST Developments Ltd on Saturday, 13 August, 2022. With a sustainable Gross Development Value, GDV, the 4 semi-detached  residential properties, comprises, 2 units of 4 bedrooms and 2 units of 3 bedrooms houses. The aim is to fulfil the rising demand of housing in the large town area of Romford, the administrative centre of the London Borough of Havering. As the clock struck midnight we hear the Big Ben chimed from the TV and one can never be even  more mesmerised with this year's spectacular display of light show, drones and fireworks in the Queen's capital city. However, for us -folks staying at home and ushering the new year with another new hope amidst continuing spread of wild Omicron variant of Covid-19- the neighbourhood families individually but unanimously, brought joy to everyone with their very own magnificent fireworks (we don’t do it because it harms the environment- that's another crucial issue but for now, let me stick to it's sight) colouring the sober sky as we share the midnight moment relishing 2021 and welcoming a fair 2022, even though we know, it can be volatile with the current challenges that we face.
